Over the 31 years in construction, Tom has successfully managed projects in hundreds of buildings in the Chicago area. He has worked with all of the major management firms along with many large and small corporations. Prior to starting Corporate Office Construction, Tom served as one of the leading project executives at a competing general contractor for almost 20 years. Tom started his career as an architect then moved into real estate development before focusing on construction. Tom’s achievements in the construction industry are in part due to his background in architecture, real estate development, and general contracting. Having sat at all sides of the table, he can understand different views and concerns, while also anticipating and solving potential problems before they occur.
